Hello,

I have been trying to work out how to trigger multiple actions within the Survey Component from one singular response.

Eg, the first response is Yes, no action needed,
The second response is No, it opens a Text Area for the employee to write the problem, with two conditional Checkboxes or Drop Down List that needs to be selected, one stating they must stop work and the other for the employee to continue the form.
The third response is Yes, no action and so on, but if another No pops up, I need the same action to happen and I need this for every line in my Survey Component.

On top of that, if there is a No response, I need it to trigger an email in the background so that particular managers are altered to the submission.

Is this all possible? I am assuming it is, I just cannot figure out how to write the coding for it and am not really sure where else to go for help and I don't think I'm using the correct words for the AI tool.

I have multiple forms like this with slightly different wording, I am sure if I have the basics down I can figure out how and what words need to change in the coding but I am a little stumped at the moment.

I am happy to change the Survey Component to another field if it makes the process above easier, for example each question can be a Checkbox or Select Boxes or Drop Down List or something else if it allows the above actions to happen.

Thanks in advance 🙂

Create a way to permanently organize forms within folders. I know the tags and properties exist, but I would like to be able to create folders to organize the forms by archiving, purpose, or department. I have some "inactive" forms I don't want to delete, and I would love to hide them in an archive folder for future use if needed. Currently, with the tags and filters, I've found that users either ignore the feature entirely or will filter in one session and then forget about it in the next, causing them to lose track of particular forms. Something more visually organized, like folders, would help tidy up all of the forms that we currently have in place, and it will match the document storage site that most users are already familiar with, like SharePoint, Dropbox, and Drive.
