The User component is a powerful feature within Team Forms that allows responders to select a user from a familiar Entra ID (formerly Active Directory) dropdown—making it easy to find, identify, and select users just like they would in Outlook or Teams. Until now, this component could only display either members of your Teams group or everyone in your organization.
We’re pleased to announce that you can now configure the User component to display specific users within your organization. This gives you more control and flexibility—no longer limited to just team members or the entire organization. You can now tailor the dropdown to include only the exact users relevant to your form’s context.
