Radio Component selecting incorrect option

The community member posted about an issue where clicking the bubble works fine, but clicking the word attached seems to change the answer to the incorrect option. A community member responded that the reason this is happening is that each item in the radio options must have a unique value key. If any options have the same value, even when the label is different, then this issue will occur.
