This update makes managing your forms smoother and more reliable. You’ll be aware of any issues and can fix them yourself, no more guessing if your emails were sent or workflows completed! This feature provides real-time updates, ensuring you have complete visibility over your form processes.

Team Forms is thrilled to announce the addition of an Undo button to its form builder. This new feature allows users to easily correct mistakes, making form creation faster and less stressful.

The Undo button lets you revert recent changes with a single click, ensuring a smoother and more efficient workflow. Now, you can experiment and innovate without worrying about irreversible errors.

This feature is available to all users and can be accessed directly within the form builder interface.

To make it easier to track and reference responses, Team Forms automatically generates an incrementing submission number for all form responses. Historically, this submission number has not been available as a dynamic field in the Microsoft Power Automate connector.

Well, great news! We now have the option to reference the submission number as a dynamic field, allowing you to use it in your automated workflows!
