I have developed a form with two panel components: panelOne and panelTwo. I need to restrict access so that certain users (Name1 and Name2) in the organization can only access panelOne, while panelTwo is disabled for them. Additionally, only one other user (Name3) should have access to panelTwo. This setup will allow Name3 to view the responses submitted by Name1 and Name2 in panelOne and provide remarks on their performance based on these responses.
