How can a responder view his submissions?

At a glance

The community member has sent a link to a form to several users, and they wish to view their submissions. The response indicates that if the form was shared via a public URL, there is currently no way for the users to view their submissions. The recommendation is to set up email notifications to send the public users a PDF copy of their submission for their own records. The community member also expressed interest in generating a PDF in Hebrew to send to the users.

Hi, I sent a link to the form to several users and they wish to view their submissions. Is there a way to let them?

Hi Ayala,

It depends on whether you have shared the form via a public URL or internally to team members. If accessing via an internal (team members) link then your users can see their submissions in the responses tab or via the submission screen.

However, if your users are accessing the form via a public/anonymous URL, there not currently a place where they can go to view all their submissions. My recommendation would be to setup email notifications to send your public users a PDF copy of their submission for their own records.

Thank you. It could be great if I could generate a PDF in Hebrew and send them their submmisions.
