The community member is trying to find a way to allow any user to view any form submitted, as currently users can only see forms submitted by themselves. The comments suggest that the community member can change the default filter to view all submissions, and can also view all submissions to a specific form in table format by hovering over the form, clicking the "..." icon, and selecting "View submission". The community member is also advised to read the documentation for more information on viewing submissions.

I am trying to find where i can make any user view any form submitted? At the moment users can only see forms submitted by themself

Just to add to Marvins's response, you can also view all submissions to a specific form in table format via the submission screen. This is available by following the steps below:

  1. Hover over the form you want to view all submission for

  2. Click the "..." icon followed by "View submission"
