The community member is experiencing an issue where they are unable to access the Teams Forms App within Microsoft Teams on their company's iPhones through T-Mobile. It has been two weeks without access to the Teams Forms App within Microsoft Teams. Our company has iPhones through T-Mobile, and no one is able to access the Teams Forms. T-Mobile/Microsoft both say its on the Team Forms end. Has anyone had this problem and were you able to resolve it? Attached is the error message/screen that appears.

This is a know issue that was introduced in the latest iOS release. Fortunately the fix is very simple but requires you to follow the steps in the article below.
