At a glance

The community member is experiencing an issue where they are unable to access the Teams Forms App within Microsoft Teams on their company's iPhones through T-Mobile. Both T-Mobile and Microsoft have indicated that the issue is on the Teams Forms end. A community member has responded that this is a known issue introduced in the latest iOS release, and that the fix is simple but requires following the steps in an article.

It has been two weeks without access to the Teams Forms App within Microsoft Teams. Our company has iPhones through T-Mobile, and no one is able to access the Teams Forms. T-Mobile/Microsoft both say its on the Team Forms end. Has anyone had this problem and were you able to resolve it? Attached is the error message/screen that appears.

This is a know issue that was introduced in the latest iOS release. Fortunately the fix is very simple but requires you to follow the steps in the article below.
