The quality of the photos i take with my phone are good when i take them and if i edit them. Once i confirm and upload on a form they decreases in quality quite dramatically. How can i keep original quality or at least better than i am currently getting?

Team Forms will upload the original high quality image to SharePoint. To access this image you can use one of the methods below:
Open the submission screen and navigate to the column showing the uploaded files. From here you can click the hyperlink to open the high quality photos directly.
Open a submission and click the "..." icon in the top right hand corner. Within the menu click "View in SharePoint". This will open a folder containing all the files related to the submission including the uploaded images.
It's also worth noting that when you enable the "display as image(s)" feature a thumbnail of the captured/uploaded image is displayed within the form. You can increase the size of this thumbnail using the "image size" property as show below.
