Search function to find forms that I have access to

At a glance

The community member suggests that it would be helpful to have a centralized search for forms, where the results would show the form name, the team where the form is housed, and whether the form is published (for authors). A fellow community member responds with a simple "Hi Kiki, Thanks for the suggestion!" There is no explicitly marked answer.

As a member of multiple teams, it is difficult to find the teams where a specific form is published.

Would be great if we can search forms from a centralised search. The results should show: form name, team where the form is housed and whether they are published (for authors)
