Stats for Team Forms

The community member is inquiring about the availability of statistics for the Team Forms platform, such as the number of Teams with Team Forms installed, daily submissions, top used forms, active/inactive forms, new forms created, total forms in development and production, calls to PowerApps or external integrations, and top form creators. In the comments, another community member responds that these organization-wide stats are currently not available on the Team Forms dashboard, but they have plans to provide similar reports for Enterprise customers later this year. The community member offers to have an offline discussion about providing early access or incorporating the requirements into the upcoming feature.

What stats are available for Team Forms platform? The stats may not necessarily come from TF directly, that's fine, if there was a way to capture these stats from Sharepoint/Power Automate or other tools, it would be very useful. I've shared some of the stats I had in mind, open to any ideas too.

  • Number of Teams with Teams Forms installed

  • Number of daily submissions overall and by form

  • Top # most used forms

  • Active/InActive Forms for past 3, 6 12 months

  • New forms created in past month

  • Total number of forms under development and in Prod

  • Number of calls per day to PowerApps or other automations/ external integrations

  • Top form creators

Hi Josh!

Unfortunately these organisation wide stats are currently not available on any dashboard within the Team Forms application.
We do have plans on our roadmap to provide very similar reports for our Enterprise customers. This should be release some time this year. If your interested we can have a chat offline about how we maybe able to provide early access to this or help incorporate your requirements into this feature :)
