Splitting PDF Submission

We've created a Form with multiple pages for Onboarding purposes. It works really well but we have a problem. Different departments that required certain pages of the Onboarding Form can't split the paper work (PDF).

Is there a way we can either split the PDF when it is email out to the relevant staff after submission or when viewing submissions we can download certain pages of the PDF? This would be a great feature that has potential on a lot of forms we use

Hi Tom,

Unfortunately there is no built in feature to split out parts of the PDF and send parts of it to different groups of users.
You could potentially re-thing the design of your form so that its broken out into seperate forms to achieve a similar result?

Do mind sharing details on the specific scenario you had in mind so we can better understand the requirements?

Its an onboarding form with multiple pages that requires different departments receive different pages; for example the Personal Details Page needs to go to Admin and the Accounts Details page needs to go to Accounts.

Maybe instead I could have a Form with buttons that open individual forms. Problem with that is i want to be able to verify that that have clicked the button and submitted all the forms required

Hi Tom,

Since the PDF cannot automatically be split out, perhaps a better approach would be to use permissions to control what pages can accessed by the various departments/users. That way users interact with the web form instead of a PDF file?
