Submission Deletion

It would be nice to be able to delete more than one submission at a time.

Hi J,


I do agree that this would be nice to be able to directly do inside of Team Forms. However, I did just want to mention that is possible today with the following work around.

Since all responses are stored as files/folders in your teams SharePoint site. This means that you can bulk delete responses by directly deleting the relevant SharePoint files/folders. Here are the steps you can use to do this.

  1. Open the SharePoint site for your team. A step-by-step guide on how to do this is available here.

  2. Open the "Responses" folder and then navigate to the folder with the name of your form.

  3. Once inside the folder you will see many sub-folders each containing the response files for each form responses.

  4. IMPORTANT: Use the "Type column" to filter for "submission"

  5. Select multiple folders followed by delete to bulk delete the responses. Once these files/folders are deleted you will find the responses also disappear inside of Team Forms.
